９４歳のAさん
後頭神経痛の治療にいらっしゃるAさんは９４歳だ。そのお歳なのに、基本的にお元気で 話もシャキシャキしていらっしゃる。前屈をすると 手が床についてしまう柔らかさだ。そして、何よりも素敵なのは 表情がとても豊かなことだ。多くの後期高齢者の方は 表情筋がこわばって無表情に見える方も多い。
なんともチャーミングな方だ。私がもし９４歳まで生きられたら どんな表情を作ることが出来るだろう？
コロナ禍でマスクをしていると 表情筋が怠けてしまい、ほうれい線が目立つ人も多いと聞いた。意識して 笑顔を大切にしてゆこう。

Ms. A is 94 years old. She is quite fine and the way of speaking is lively. Bending front,
she can touch the ground. Also her facial expression is so nice. Usually people at that age tend to be impassive. But she isn't. What a charming woman!
Will it possible for me to have such attractive facial expression if I could live unteil 94 year old? Even though we are forced to put on mask because of corna virus, I would like to make smile as much as possible.
